Marian Rivera’s Poor Talent Fee
If you were a TV addict like me for sure you would have noticed that aside from KC Concepcion, Marian Riverais also one of top TV commercial endorsers now. For a regular person like us, we can analyze that celebrities TV endorsements are only based on their fame and great looks. But what’s so surprising is that Marian Rivera’s talent fee for Sunsilk is just the same with Heart Evangelista and Maja Salvador. The three of them received 5 Million each.
With Marian Rivera’s extreme popularity, I really thought that she was earning more like Piolo Pascual (10M for Clear) and John Lloyd Cruz (12M for Biogesic). So, what do you think is the problem with Marian Rivera? The answer…her diction and voice projection. I have learned that advertisers do not base talent fees on popularity and looks but also with diction and voice projection. I think that is just right, endorsers should be pitch perfect when delivering their lines or else the products they are endorsing will not sell.
I just hope Marian Rivera would take time in improving her flaws. She is losing millions and possible earnings. No wonder many advertisers are asking for her because her talent fee is cheaper compared to her popularity. Thank you to the magic of dubbing.

Sa opinion ko it only shows na hindi mukhang pera ang Marian Rivera. Likas at natural ang kanyang kagandahan at alindog pati ang kanyang mga talento pati character kaya nga hinahangaan at minamahal ng karamihan. At sa issue na cheap talent fee hindi na bale ang mahalaga kahit mura basta marami at sunod sunod ang offers compared mo sa mahal nga iisa naman at di na masusundan pa. Sige lang marian gayahin mo mga Instik sa negosyo strategy . di bale konti tubo basta dami bibili dami benta dami gawa ok negosyo.

Although the analysis is true, that like what the Chinese philosophy is di bale mura, marami naman
bumibili. At this point in Marian Rivera’s career she is just starting, she needs to have herself expose in whatever shape or form and by accepting all these offers in a low range fee would actually be more beneficial for her start up career. Perhaps later, when Marian has established herself and made a milestone mark in showbiz then perhaps slowly and gradually she can bargain. But at the moment, I think Marian as intelligent and smart as she is, together with her Manager - I think they are making all the right moves. Marian will improve hersefl in due time. Just wait and see. Marian has innate talent and abilities. Her accomplishment, compared to other actors and actresses ( with the help of mom or dad), is astonishing. Marian made all these moves and see where she is right now. With no help from Daddy or Mommy in showbiz. I admire her for her awesome beauty but I think if you look deeper and in dept - don’t underestimate MARIAN RIVERA’S INTELLIGENCE. Marian is one tough cookie and a smart one at that.
